1. Discovery Call & Custom Quote: Purchasing this packages secures your initial discovery call. We’ll dive deep into your vision, functionality needs, design inspiration and business goals. Following the call, our team will deliver a comprehensive fixed-price quote and project timeline within 5 business days.
2. Project Kick-Off: Once you approve the custom quote, we hold a formal kick-off call to finalize the project details and set milestones.
3. Staged Build & Revisions: We build your website in logical stages (eg. Homepage first) and share mock-ups for your review and feedback. The ensures the design and branding are perfect before we move to the next phase.
4. Final Approval & Launch: After all stages are built and you’ve given the final sign sign-off, our team handles the entire technical launch process to make your website available online.
5. Ongoing Support: Post-launch, your site enters a mandatory 3-month support phase to ensure peak performance, security, and to handle any immediate needs as you begin to use your new site.

• Initial Quote Fee:
  • This fee covers the extensive consultation and project scoping process.
  • It is applied as a credit toward your final website cost if you proceed with the build.
  • It is retained as a service fee only if you choose not to move forward after receiving the quote.
• Required Addons:
  • Website Hosting: $300/month or $2400/year (4 months fee)

  • The full cost is detailed in your personalized quote and is based on the project’s scope and complexity.
  • To begin development, you will make three structured payments aligned with project milestones:
    • 40% due upon quote approval to initiate the project.
    • 30% due upon delivery of the first design mock-up.
    • 30% due when the website is sent for final review, before launch.
• Minimum Project Cost: The full build cost typically starts at $6000 TTD and increases based on the scope, complexity and features defined in your custom quote.
• Domain Name: You are responsible for purchasing and owning your domain name (eg. yourbusiness.com). We will assist you in purchasing and connecting it to your new website during the launch process.
• Timelines: The timeline provided in your quote is an estimate and is highly dependant on the project’s complexity and the timeliness of your feedback and approvals. Most custom projects require 1 to 3 months for completion.
• Additional Revisions: Any revisions requested beyond the included rounds will be scoped and billed at our standard hourly rate.
