Our Process:

1. Fulfilment Form: After your purchase, you’ll receive a link to our Creation & Content form. Here, you’ll choose your template and provide your logo, brand colours, images, and business information.
2. Onboarding Call: We’ll schedule a call with a developer to review your submission, clarify your goals, and ensure we have a clear vision for the project.
3. Website Build: Our team gets to work! We will build the first complete mock-up of your website within 5-7 business days after the onboarding call.
4. Review & Revisions: You’ll review the website and provide feedback. Your included revision rounds are submitted here if needed. We implement requested changes within 3 business days.
5. Final approval & Launch: Once you give the final approval, we will launch your new website within 1 business day, making it live for the world to see!

Important Notes:

• Monthly/Annual Services: The setup fee is a one-time charge for the website build. To ensure your site remains live, secure and supported, the following two services are available and will be set up as a recurring subscription.
  • Website Hosting: $300/month or $2400/year (4 months fee)
  • Website Support: $200/month
• What’s NOT included: This package does not include e-commerce functionality, custom coding, additional pages, or logo design. these can be added for an additional fee as an add-on service.
• Domain Name: You are responsible for purchasing and owning your domain name (eg. yourbusiness.com). We will assist you in purchasing and connecting it to your new website during the launch process.
• Timelines: Project timelines are dependent on your timely submission of the fulfilment form and feedback during the revision round.
• Additional Revisions: Any revisions requested beyond the included rounds will be scoped and billed at our standard hourly rate.
